Most people that have gotten to know me over the course of the last few years know I love baking and cooking, especially for people. While space for hosting in the camper is limited, sharing recipes and camper friendly cooking ideas on my page here will allow me to bake and cook for other people, without the hosting part of it.

This banana bread holds a special place in my heart as it was my first self-created recipe. A power outage in Hawaii made it so that I had to come up with the recipe myself, and from there my love for creating through baking began! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
